Saman Oskouei (b. 1985, Tabriz, Iran) is a visual artist and photographer based in Queens, New York. Working primarily with analog photography, he has a keen eye for the raw energy and unexpected moments found in urban environments, nature, and everyday life. His photographs move between landscapes and close observations of animals, objects, and fleeting gestures.

Alongside photography, Oskouei works with traditional darkroom printing, valuing the hands-on process of bringing an image from negative to paper. Light, time, and the physical qualities of film and print remain central to his practice.
